Dr. Jeff Ecker is internationally renowned as an expert, and an innovative hand and wrist surgeon. He is currently the Director of the Hand and Upper Limb Center in Subiaco, WA, and Adjunct Professor at the Curtin University, Perth, Western Australia.

Dr. Ecker was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 1985 (FRACS Orthopaedics). After his comprehensive training in Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. Ecker focused his attention on reconstructive microsurgery and its applications to extremity surgery. In order to do this, he completed one year Fellowships at Oxford University, United Kingdom; Duke University in North Carolina, and University of South California, Los Angeles in Plastic and Microvascular Surgery. Dr. Ecker has won several accolades and honors including the Hadley Traveling Fellowship from the University of WA.

Dr. Ecker has publications in scientific journals and has made numerous presentations at international meetings.
